At Vint Amour, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, reach out within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
We also offer exchanges within the same 3-day window — for defective, incorrect, or size-related issues. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are not applicable on items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
