Refund policy

At Vint Amour, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To request an exchange, you can request within 3 days of receiving your order. Includes your order number and the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are not applicable on items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
